Smart Automation Solution for Panel Processing

■ / MASS-3260IP Full Enclosed 5 Axis Machine

The MASS-3260IP, a large-scale gantry-type five-axis machining center with fully enclosed ceiling guard, and its dual-action column which integrates a processing spindle and a 3D printing module. The machine is controlled by a FANUC dual-system five-axis servo controller and features an aluminum alloy work panel with T-shaped grooves and vacuum suction.

Fully Enclosed Ceiling Guard: The machine is equipped with a fully enclosed ceiling guard.
Dual-Action Column and Modules: Features a double-action column, a processing spindle, and a 3D printing module.

Spindle and Lubrication System: Equipped with an Anderson double-arm clamping HSK-63F 20 HP water-cooled spindle motor (B axis +105 degrees/C axis +200 degrees, 1,000-24,000 RPM rotation speed) and an MQL micro oil mist cutting lubrication system.
Hidden Servo 24 Workstation Rotating Cutter Head: Features a hidden servo 24 workstation rotating cutter head with programmable automatic tool change capabilities.

The MASS B Series 5-axis CNC processing center is specialized for composite processing, featuring enclosed/open-top working space, innovative dust collection system and powerful DC rigid tapping spindle, perfectly combines safety, efficiency, and convenience, bringing optimized processing to your work.

The EXXACT series has consistently been one of Anderson Group's best-selling 4-axis series CNC machines. However, we are not just rest on our laurels- with continuously research, innovate, and improve the performance of the EXXACT series. This year, we are proud to introduce the newest generation in the EXXACT family: the EXXACT PRO series.

Highlights of the EXXACT PRO DUO:

Maximum Utilization Efficiency: EXXACT PRO DUO extends the X and Y axis travel by 20%, allowing the spindle to cover the entire worktables. The Twin table configuration available with table sync lock function, able to apply multiple processing methods/techniques on a single machine
Adjustable Head Distance Variable Head Spacing (VHS): EXXACT PRO DUO comes standard with a dual-head configuration that allows adjustable head distance (VHS). By simply entering the desired distance on the AGMVP interface, the servo motors will automatically adjust the two heads to the specified distance, saving you considerable time and effort in pre-setup work.
Powerful 15 HP air-cooled spindles: The dual spindles can operate at a maximum speed of 21,000 rpm, ensuring fast and stable production quality, significantly increasing production efficiency.

Extended X and Y-axis travel by 20%: The spindle travel can cover the entire 3,700mm x 1,600mm worktable, achieving maximum utilization efficiency.
New square-shaped positioning rods around the table perimeter: These rods make workpiece positioning & alignment more convenient and precise.
Three built-in vacuum zones on the table: These zones can be used with various programs and production methods. You just need to use the Worklist software to sequence the program, place the workpieces, and press a button to start production.
