「板材検査の省人・省力化に加え、無節材を高級品として販売するサポートができたら」という思いから開発された、板材の表裏判定・表面検査・仕分けまでを無人で行う検査システム。
板材表面検査を材料が横送りの際に行うことで、高い処理能力を実現。
欠点を検出し、「無節」「OK」「NG」「カットすれば無節」の４種類の判定を行う。
KIKUKAWA製材ラインに組み込むことで、製材から検査、仕分けまで無人で行うことが可能になる。

Developed with the vision of not only reducing labor and workload in board inspection, but also supporting the premium marketing of knot-free lumber, this fully automated system handles everything from board face/back recognition to surface inspection and sorting - without human intervention.
