FZX-6, an advanced model of the 5-axis special-purpose machining center FZR-6 is newly released.
The development of the HEIAN Precut Interface (HPI) means it is now compatible with hsbcad (hsbDesign),
making it possible to dramatically improve the machining of non-residential cut surfaces.
In addition to the conventional magazine, a third magazine, a slide magazine (optional), has been added.
It is designed to store special units.

■3軸マシニングセンタ+2軸制御ロータリーテーブル / 3 axis-Machining Center with 2 axis-rotary table
・主軸冷却装置を備えている為、長時間加工にも対応。
・モデル加工/長時間加工に最適
・同時2軸制御可能なロータリーテーブルを本機に搭載することにより、同時5軸加工に対応。
・Z軸ストローク600mmを生かし、より高さのあるワーク加工に対応。
・主軸部の集塵カバーは容易に脱着可能な仕様で、加工物に合わせての脱着が便利
・標準仕様はT溝によるクランプ固定だが、オプションで吸着固定使用可能(ロータリーテーブルは吸着仕様非対応)
・モデル加工/長時間加工に最適
