To visit Mokkiten Japan 2023 and Wood Wonderland 2023 co-sponsored, you must pre-register (free of charge), and must bring and wear one printed “Visitor badge” by the following process.
Under 15s do not need to pre-register but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian with a visitor badge.

Flow from pre-registration to visit
STEP1. Visitor Pre-registration
Click the button at the bottom to go to the pre-registration site and fill out the registration form.
* Registration is required for each person.
* Pre-registration is not required for those under the age of 15.
* Email address is required for registration. You can also register multiple family members using the same email address.
* First, please set your registration email address so that you can receive an automatic email from “@tenjikai-uketsuke.com”, before proceeding with the registration process.

STEP2. Print your “Visitor Badge”
Please print out your “Visitor badge” issued and displayed on the web after registration is completed on A4 white paper at 100% magnification without any margins and monochrome.
* Please prepare your own A4 size white paper. Do not print the badge on thick paper.
* The visitor Badge is valid only for registered users. Copying, lending, borrowing, and exchanging the visitor badge is strictly prohibited.
STEP3. Confirmation of registration completion email
You will automatically receive a visitor pre-registration completion email to your registered email address. Please confirm your registered details.
If necessary, you can correct your registered information and reprint your visitor badge from the URL provided in the email, before visiting the exhibition.

* If you register the address incorrectly, the completion notification email will not be sent. Please pre-register again or contact to the support desk by email at the below with your basic info. Also check your spam folder.
* If you use your address to register multiple people, you will receive multiple emails at the address you registered.
STEP4. Smooth entry with the Visitor Badge
Please bring your visitor badge to the venue.
The barcode on your visitor badge must be scanned before admission at least once each day near the entrance door inside.

Put it in the holder provided near the entrance and wear it around your neck.
* There is no exit procedure.
