Visitor pre-registration

To visit Mokkiten Japan 2021 and Wood Wonderland 2021 co-sponsored, you need to bring a pre-registration (free of charge) and a printed “Visitor badge with QR code” by the following method.
Children under the age of 15 do not need to pre-register, but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Please note that pre-registered information may be disclosed in response to requests from health centers for measures against new coronavirus infections.
Flow from pre-registration to visit
STEP1.
Visitor registration
Click the button at the bottom to go to the pre-registration site and fill out the registration form.
* Registration is required for each person.
* Pre-registration is not required for those under the age of 15.
* Email address is required for registration. You can also register multiple family members using the same email address.
* Recommended browser for registered sites

STEP2.
Printing a visitor ID
Please print out your “Visitor badge” issued and displayed on the web after registration is completed on A4 white paper at 100% magnification and monochrome.
* The visitor ID with QR code is valid only for registered users. It cannot be shared or duplicated with others.
* Please prepare your own A4 size white paper and print it.
STEP3.
Confirmation of registration completion email
A completion notification email will be automatically sent to the registered email address.
Please check the registration details. If necessary, you can modify your registration details and reprint your visitor badge from the link.
* If you register the address incorrectly, the completion notification email will not be sent. If you do not receive the email after a while, please read FAQ.
* If you use your address to register multiple people, you will receive multiple emails at the address you registered.
STEP4.
Smooth reception by bringing your Visitor badge
Please bring your visitor badge to the venue and scan the QR code on your badge at the reception gate to enter.
Put it in the holder provided at the reception and hang it around your neck.
Are there any precautions to take when printing the visitor badge?

Be sure to print in black and white on A4 size white paper at 100% magnification.

Can I print my visitor badge at a later date after completing registration?
A.
You can redisplay the visitor badge print screen and print it from the URL provided in the registration completion notification email.

Can I change the information entered in the registration form?

You can change it from the URL in the registration completion notification email.

Is it possible to copy one visitor badge and allow other people to enter?
A.
Registration and visitor badge are required for each person. It cannot be shared or duplicated with other people.
Q.
I am planning to visit on multiple days. Do I need to register and print my visitor ID many times?
A.
No need. The visitor badge is valid for 4 days during the session. However, please cooperate in scanning the QR code at the entrance/exit gate every day of your visit.
Q.
I haven’t received the registration completion email.
A.
Possible causes are as follows. please confirm.
-Is it not sorted to the junk mail folder or is the reception restricted?
⇒Please set the reception permission of “@ tenjikai-uketsuke.com”.
・ Is the registered e-mail address correct?
⇒Please re-register as a pre-registration from the beginning and enter the correct address.

I can register, but I cannot print the visitor badge.
A.
You can also print from your smartphone with a printer or a convenience store copier. Reference article: https://dime.jp/genre/1040700/
If you cannot print by all means, please complete the registration before coming to the venue. At the reception desk, the staff will confirm the registration details by the registration completion notification email etc., and will help you issue the visitor badge. Please note that it will be manned and will take some time.
