PT-6は合板の材面検査を行う機械です。JAS規格の改定により材面検査機の使用が可能となり、作業者の負担軽減、安定した合板選別を目的として開発しました。
独自に開発したソフトウェアにより、合板画像の撮影から選別結果判定まで最速0.8secを実現。使いやすいインターフェースを搭載し、JAS規格はもちろんのこと、お客様の多様な選別基準に適合し、安定した選別精度を実現。信頼向上に貢献します。

PT-6 is a machine that inspects the surface of plywood. The revision of the JAS standard has made it possible to use a material surface inspection machine, and this product was developed with the aim of reducing the burden on workers and stably sorting plywood.
Using our uniquely developed software, we have achieved the fastest speed of 0.8 seconds from taking a plywood image to determining the sorting results. Equipped with an easy-to-use interface, it complies with not only JAS standards but also various customer selection standards, achieving stable sorting accuracy. Contributes to improving trust.
