・高塗着効率
微量の空気しか使用しないので、噴霧速度が遅い(0.7m/s、エアスプレーは10m/s)ため、
跳ね返りが少なく奥まった箇所も塗りやすく高い塗着効率が得られます。

・塗装範囲の広さ
チップの選択による塗料噴出量の選定範囲が広く、エアスプレーのような薄膜塗装からエアレスのような圧膜塗装まで対応可能です。

・高い安全性
発生するテールを微量の空気で解消するため、液体圧力を低く出来ます。
そのためエアレスのような高圧ポンプは必要なく、１０／１５／３０：１の低圧ポンプで安全に塗装できます。

・高い作業性
エアスプレーと同様にファン幅を調節することができます。

・手軽さ
エアコンプレッサを繋ぐだけで使用可能。エアスプレーの作業環境にそのまま持ち込めます。

・High transfer efficiency
Since only a small amount of air is used, the spray speed is slow (0.7 m/s, air spray is 10 m/s).
High coating efficiency is achieved with less backtracking and ease of coating even in deep areas.

・Width of painting area
There is a wide range of options for determining the amount of paint ejected by selecting the tip, and it is possible to apply from thin film coating like air spray to pressure film coating like airless.

・High safety
In order to eliminate the generated air with a small amount of air, the liquid pressure is weakened.
Therefore, there is no need for a high-pressure pump like an airless one, and you can safely paint with a low-pressure pump of 10/15/30:1.

・High workability
You can adjust the fan width just like air spray.

・Ease of use
Can be used simply by connecting an air compressor. It can be brought directly into the air spray work environment.

特徴
１．２段階捕集フィルタ
　１）空気中の粉塵をスクリーンフィルタを通して分離し、さらにエレメントでろ過します。
　２）スクリーンフィルタに付着した粉塵は振るい落とし、水洗いが可能で交換せずに継続使用可能。
　３）エレメントは大型で、ろ過面積が大きく、スクリーンフィルタでの粉塵分離の効果でロングメンテナンス。

２．高捕集能力
　１）スクリーンフィルタは慣性除塵・衝突分離することで空気と粉塵を分離。
　２）エレメントは１μm の粒子捕集効率70％、5μm の捕集効率100％。（風速3ｍ/min）
　　　不織布でポリエステル繊維にSUSを蒸着させ静電防止による防爆仕様。
　３）エレメントのフレームにはステンレスを採用し錆びに強い。

３．吸込音の低減
　　従来の防塵フィルタ(DD-800A)を装着したコンプレッサと比較し、吸込音が緩和されます。

４．設備について
　　設置面積は500mm×500mmです。
　　設置場所はマニホールドよりコンプレッサ左右や手前等２ｍ以内で自由に設置可能です。

５．オイルの交換頻度を軽減
　　オイル交換の頻度が減ることにより、交換の手間(交換時間、廃油処理)が大幅に削減されます。

Features
1.2 stage collection filter
1) Dust in the air is separated through a screen filter and further filtered with an element.
2) Dust attached to the screen filter can be shaken off and washed with water, allowing continued use without replacement.
3) The element is large, has a large filtration area, and has a screen filter that separates dust for long maintenance.

2. High collection ability
1) Screen filter separates air and dust by inertial dust removal and collision separation.
2) The element has a 1μm particle collection efficiency of 70% and a 5μm particle collection efficiency of 100%. (Wind speed 3m/min)
Explosion -proof specification by static anti -static anti -static prevention of SUS in polyester fiber with non -woven fabric.
3) The element frame is made of stainless steel and is resistant to rust.

3. Reduction of suction noise
Compared to a compressor equipped with a conventional dust filter (DD-800A), suction noise is reduced.

4. About equipment
The installation area is 500mm x 500mm.
It can be installed anywhere within 2m from the manifold, such as to the left, right, or in front of the compressor.

5. Reduce oil change frequency
By reducing the frequency of oil changes, the effort required for oil changes (change time, waste oil disposal) is significantly reduced.
