■合板仕上・AI検査ライン「Define」 / Plywood finishing and AI inspection line "Define"

合板の正寸カット、パンク/厚みチェック、AIによる板面/側面検査を行い、投入から積み取りまで全自動で行う合板仕上システム。人の目では見つけることが困難なNGも確実に検出し精度の高い品質検査を実施。高品質生産、生産効率向上、省人・省力化を実現。
Full automatic plywood finishing system from infeeding to sorting. Thid line is inclusive of 4-side sizing, thickness measuring, delamination detecting, and AI-assisted edge/surface inspection system. Those deffects difficult to be found by visual inspection are detectable by the advanced AI technology so as to achieve high precision quality control, high efficiency, and man-power / cost saving.

■ランニングソー　NCR1010SK / Running Saw　NCR1010SK

シンプルな操作で板材の切断加工を行う全自動式ランニングソー。投入材料寸法・加工寸法・必要枚数を入力しオートボタンを押すだけの簡単操作。安定した送材動作で高精度加工を実現。
Full automatic running saw for wood panel cutting by simple operation of pressing the start button after setting material size, cutting size and required cutting times. Its stable feeding assres you of high accuracy through the cutt-to-size process.

■フローリング用パンク検知装置　PKF-9D / Delamination detecting for flooring PKF-9D

通常のパンク検知装置では検知する事の出来ない、フローリング材など
細幅材のパンクを検知する事が可能。
Designed specially to detect internal delamination for narrow and long panels such as flooring panel usually hard to detect.

■非破壊式高周波木材水分計　HM9-WS Series / Wood Moisture Meter　HM9-WS Series

測定樹種を選んで木材にタッチするだけで瞬時に含水率を測定。ピンレス・高周波式だから大切な製品に傷を付けません。
Pinless moisture meter to scan wood pieces quickly and accurately without damaging your precious products by just pressing it on the product surface.

■木質チップ水分計　EVO-CHIPS / Wood chips moisture meter EVO-CHIPS

木質チップに測定ヘッドを挿し込むだけで木質チップの水分と温度を一瞬で測定・保存。品質管理に最適で木質ボイラとのミスマッチを解消。
Moisture meters for wood chips & other biomasses to guarantee efficient utilizasion of the combustible materials. Moisure contents and temperature are displayed by this handy device with a penetrating lance. Measured data can be stored for your optimal quality control without mismatch with your biomass boiler.
