The Fimal Concept 350 is a fully automated hybrid panel saw that is versatile in its capabilities. Combining traditional panel saw and beam saw features, this patented machine contains a system which reads the width of panel so the blade automatically moves to the end of the panel, saving you time waiting for empty runs.

軽量ねじ締めツール「FM514CZ」は、UR社をはじめ各社製多関節ロボットに搭載可能です。
これにより、「ロボットの移動速度アップ」に貢献します。また、当社製ねじ供給機「FM503H」
はエアによりねじをねじ締めツールへ供給するため、従来のねじ取り出し方式の供給機に比べて
大幅なタクト短縮が可能です。

The lightweight screw tightening tool "FM514CZ" can be mounted on articulated robots manufactured by UR and other companies.
This contributes to increasing the speed of robot movement. The FM503H screw feeder can be used to feed screws to the screw fastening tool by air.
The FM503H screw feeder uses air to supply screws to the screw fastening tool.
This enables a significant reduction in tact time compared to conventional screw feeders.

2ヘッド式NC木工旋盤です。

できます。外形指定のプログラムから、刃物径のオフセットを自動生成してCAMなしに自動
下降を行います。2ヘッド方式により荒化工、仕上げ加工を1度に行い加工時間の短縮もします。

This machine is a woodworking lathe with two heads.
It can be easily programmed using the interactive input method on the touch panel without the need to think about G-code.
The machine automatically generates an offset of the cutter diameter from the program that specifies the external form, and performs automatic machining without CAM.
The 2-head system allows roughing and finishing to be performed at the same time, thus reducing machining time.

「Navigator520」は、100％音声操作に対応したハンズフリーで使えるスマートグラスです。
Web会議アプリを使用し、現場作業者のカメラ映像をリモートで確認し、的確な指示を遠隔から出すことができます。
また現場作業者に資料を共有することができ、現場で必要な情報をすぐ確認できる為、作業ミスを軽減します。
現場写真や動画撮影して作業日報を作成、スマートグラスから提出可能な為、管理者は報告書をタイムリーに確認できます。

"Navigator520" is a hands-free smart glasses that supports 100% voice control.
Using a web conferencing application, the camera images of workers in the field can be remotely viewed and precise instructions can be given remotely.
In addition, the system can share documents with workers on site, allowing them to quickly check necessary information on site, thereby reducing work-related errors.
Daily work reports can be created by taking on-site photos and videos, and submitted via smart glasses, allowing managers to check reports in a timely manner.
