（地独）北海道立総合研究機構（道総研）林産試験場で研究開発された、高速回転するチップソー（丸のこ）の動きと主軸の回転をコンピュータ制御することにより複雑な３次元(3D)形状の加工ができるCNC(Computer Numerical Control)木工旋盤を実用化に向けて開発した工作機械装置。

A CNC (Computer Numerical Control) wood lathe that enables complicated three-dimensional machining was put into practical use by utilizing a computer-controlled fast spinning tipped saw (circular saw) combined with a main axis, a technology that was developed at the Hokkaido Research Organization Forest Products Research Institute
