HOW TO VISIT

Visitor pre-registration

To visit Mokkiten Japan 2025, pre-registration (free of charge) and a printed “Visitor Badge” are required for each visitor.

* Visitors under the age of 15 do not need to pre-register, but they must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who has completed the pre-registration process and is wearing a visitor badge.

Please register each visitor individually using the “Visitor Pre-registration/Visitor Badge” button below. Wear the printed “Visitor Badge” and enter the venue by scanning the QR code on the badge at the entrance on each day of your visit.

  • *A badge is only available to a registered person. It is valid for the duration of the exhibition.
  • Your email address is required for registration.
    First, please set your registration e-mail address so that you can receive an automatic email from "@tenjikai-uketsuke.com" before proceeding with this registration process.

Q.
Is it possible to copy one visitor badge and allow other people to enter?
A.
Registration and visitor badge are required for each person. Copying, lending, borrowing, and exchanging the visitor badge is strictly prohibited.
Q.
Is it possible to register multiple people as a group?
A.
Sorry, that's not possible.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please pre-register each visitor individually and issue their respective visitor badge.
If you know someone's email address and other personal information, you can register on their behalf.
Q.
I don't have an email address.
A.
  • - Staff at the venue will complete your pre-registration and issue your 'Visitor Badge'. Please note that this may take some time.
  • - Only those without a personal or business email address may pre-register using a family member's address or a company common email address.
    However, this is conditional upon entering different individual information, such as name and title.
    Please note that registration completion emails for multiple people, as well as contact from exhibitors you visit, will be sent to the registered email address.
Q.
I didn't receive a pre-registration completion email to the registered email address.
A.
The possible causes are as follows. Please confirm.
  • – Is it in your spam folder? ⇒ Please check.
  • – Is the reception restricted? ⇒ Please set the reception permission for “@ tenjikai-uketsuke.com”.
  • – Is the registered email address correct? ⇒ Please re-register as a pre-registration from the beginning and enter the correct address.
  • – Gmail users ⇒ Enabling [POP Download] in Gmail settings will increase the likelihood of receiving emails reliably.
Q.
Can I correct the registered information or redisplay my badge?
A.
Yes. You can do it from the URL in the registration completion email.
If you would like to change your name, corporate name, department/section or title printed on your visitor badge, please correct and complete the registration again and reprint your new visitor badge.
Q.
I am planning to visit on multiple days. Should I register and print a visitor badge for each day?
A.
No, one visitor badge is valid for three days during the exhibition. However, the QR code on your badge must be scanned at the entrance each day of your visit.
Q.
What precautions should be taken when printing the visitor badge?
A.
Print in monochrome on regular-thickness, white, A4-size paper at 100% magnification without any margins. If you print on thick paper, it may not fit in the holder.
Q.
I can register, but I cannot print the visitor badge.
A.
At the reception counter, staff will confirm your registration details and print your visitor badge.
Please note that it will be manned and will take some time.
