■ラメロ Pシステム家具組立システム / Lamello P-system furniture assembly system

ねじれ止め用の突起に引き込み機構を採用した組立金具、クラメックス P-14 フレクサスを始め、Pシステム組立金具と専用加工機ゼータP2を展示し、実演を行います。

■ブーグウッドリペアシステム / Boogh Wood repair system

ウッドリペアシステムは、専用ガンにリペアスティックを挿入し、溶解させ、補修箇所に注入し、急速硬化させてから、余剰部分をカッターで切り落とすだけで、簡単に綺麗に木材を補修するシステムです。

■ラメロ Invis Mx2 インビスダボ / Lamello Invis Mx2

ラメロ Invis Mx2 インビスダボは、木製ダボ組のように加工部材の双方にダボ穴を明け、インビスネジとインビスナットをネジ込み、部材同士を当てがい、部材の外側からマグネットドライバーでインビスネジをインビスナットにネジ込み、締め付けて、組立が完了します。マグネットドライバーを逆転させる事で、インビスネジが緩み分解が出来ます。

ラメロキャビネオ家具組立システムは木口に穴加工をする必要がありませんので、3軸のCNCで加工ができます。キャビネオ12は引張強度が90kgもあるので、一般的なノックダウン金具より強固な接合強度を出せます。キャビネオ8 M6はM6ネジとなっておりますので、金属フレームや鬼目ナットとの接合も可能です。

ラメロ新世代ビスケットジョイントカッターは、より使い易く、より高精度に、より長持ちに、そして、接合ビスケット、接合金具、ノックダウン金具をよういしていますので、色々な接合箇所に使用できます。Top21はカッターブレードを中心位置から上下に0.1mm刻みで2mm迄、正確に高さを変える事ができますので、16ｍｍ厚から24mm厚迄の部材にダイヤル回すだけで中心に溝加工ができます。
