■FS-15TWL-V型　ノーマンツインバンドソー / FS-15TWL-V　TWIN BAND SAW

ノーマンツインバンドソーは製材工場の無人化をテーマとし、機械に知能を与え、学習機能とスピードを追求した無人製材機です。3Dレーザースキャナーによる木取りの高精度計測は熟練者の目を必要とせず歩留まりのよい製品を可能にしました。

This Twin Bandsaw is an unattended saw mill pursuing leaning function and speed being given with intelligence the theme of full automatization
of a saw mill. The system carries out high precision measurement for the conversion of timber using 3D Laser Scanner, providing high yield of production with no observance of skilled operator.

■FEO-4505型　エジャーオプチマイザー / FEO-4505 EDGER OPTIMIZER

エジャーに投入される耳付き材は、オプチマイザーを経過時、3Dレーザースキャナーとコンピューターにより輪郭形状を画像処理されます。そしてあらかじめ生産指定登録しておる製品の中から最高の歩留まりとなる木取りの歩出を瞬時に行います。

For timbers to be fed into the edger, 3D Scanner and computer judge the profile (width, thickness, and edge shape) when they pass thought the Optimizer. Then the system instantaneously determines the cutting pattern of timber to attain the highest yield out of the products previously registered for specified production.

■FSM-40-20 FSM-30-25 フレームソー / FSM-40-20 FSM-30-25 Flame saw

薄鋸の上下高速運動により、素材を1回通すだけで、薄い板材を歩留りよく最大23枚まで一度に製材することができます。
フェンス材などの薄い板の製材に最適です。
一度製材した材を重ねて再度投入することにより、桟木などの小さい角材の製材も可能です。

It can saw up to 23 thin plates at a time with good yield by passing the material once because of high speed vertical movement of the thin saw.
Ideal for sawing thin plates such as fence materials.
It is possible to lumber small square lumber such as piers by stacking lumber once lumbered.

■FHT-104型　傾斜式送材車 / FHT-104　Inclined Carriage

帯鋸盤及び送材車を傾斜させた構造にすることにより、従来の垂直型に比べ、重力を利用して木廻し及びセットのスピードアップが図れます。また、背板が常に表向きに排出されるようになるため搬送でのトラブルがなくなります。これらにより製材効率、生産性の向上を実現しました。機械上での原木の安定もよく安全に作業することができます。

And so, Slab is always discharged face up, conveying troubles are eliminated These have improved sawing efficiency and productivity. And the stability of the log on the machine is also good and it can work safety.
