■自動クロスカット　オプティカットs50 (ヴァイニッヒ) / WEINIG - OptiCut s50

オプティカットs50は、材の投入・位置決め・固定・カットまで、一連のクロスカット工程全てを自動処理します。つまり、オペレーターの作業負担は大きく軽減されます。取り扱いの難しい重たい材料でもオプティカットが自動で送材してカットしてくれます。一方で、複数の材を束ねて同時にカットする“パケットカット”も可能です。豊富なオプションもご用意しており、貴社の生産内容に一番適した１台を設計いたします。名古屋でお見せしますのは、スイベルタイプのプッシャーと欠点除去機能を搭載した、ハイスペックマシンです。クロスカットの収益性と生産性を同時に高めます。

■ギャングリップソー　ヴァリオリップ310M (ヴァイニッヒ) / WEINIG - VarioRip310M

昨今の製材現場には、取引先からの多種多様な注文に対応できる柔軟な生産体制が求められています。ヴァリオリップは、ギャング加工はもちろん、投入材を１本１本確認しながら、一番価値の高い割り幅に小割りする「最適木取り」にも、上手に対応できるギャングソーです。ムーバブルソーの搭載で、ノコが回転中でも、投入材の状態に応じて小割幅を自由に変更できます。ボタンやレバーの操作だけで、ノコは自動で位置決めしますので、非常に簡単で便利です。コンパクトかつ堅牢なボディを持つヴァリオリップは、小・中規模工場に理想的なギャングソーです。

■全自動カービングサンダー「SYSTEM T5C 1350 GGFBD+b」(SCM) / SCM - SYSTEM T5C 1350 GGFBD+b

床材や壁面材等の基材表面にデコレーションを施し、商品に高付加価値を付けるマシンです。加工厚は3-170mm、加工巾は最大1,350mmまでなので、小さい材料から大判への加工が可能です。これ1台でいろんな表面特殊加工が可能になり、生産性向上はもちろん、高付加価値を付けて収益性を高めることが可能になります。
